As of 2/6/2023, we've migrated some of our behind-the-scenes functions to Outseta. Here’s the information you need to know to access your account, plus information on some of the new features you’ll see with Momentum’s integration with Outseta.
Logging in
You should have already received a separate email from Outseta with the subject: “Your Momentum account has been created in Outseta.” In that email are instructions for you to log into your Momentum account through Outseta for the first time, to confirm your account and reestablish your Momentum password. (You might receive one or both of the below versions.)
You can use the same password as before, but it’s also a good opportunity for you to update this to a new one.
If you can't find this email, you can just click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page to get a reset email sent to you.
And if you have any trouble, please use the SUBMIT A HELP REQUEST button at the top of this page and we'll get you taken care of.
Setting up your user profile and reviewing/updating your information
The profile section in Momentum has been moved to the top level of the user menu. Click on the M in the top right of Momentum, and select the Profile link…
… to open the profile pop-up:
In this pop-up are four sections for you to manage your Momentum account:
- Profile – photo, name, email (also your username), password
- Account – your mailing/billing addresses
- Plan – this is where you can change your plan/subscription to another (monthly to annual or vice versa, for most of you), or cancel your subscription
- Billing – this is where you’ll enter or update your credit card information
Please take a few minutes to review your information to make sure everything is correct, and update anything so it’s how you want it.
If you see something amiss that you can’t update yourself, please reach out to support@hellomomentum.app and we’ll get it fixed.
A new knowledge base
One of the Outseta features we’re excited about is the new knowledge base. This site — accessible from the Resources link in the header of www.hellomomentum.app — contains all of the how-to goodness from the previous Getting Started page and the blog, all reorganized into clear categories, and fully searchable.
How to submit a support ticket
One additional thing you’ll notice at the top of the knowledge base is that “Momentum blue” button that says, “Submit a help request.” This button opens up a pop-up form you can use to submit a question, tell us about a bug you’ve identified, or request a feature or enhancement.
All of these tickets will go to our dedicated help desk, where Momentum support and development teams can respond to, track, follow up, and resolve your queries.
Note: there’s also a “HELP REQUEST” link in the website footer – this will bring you to this knowledge base page, where you can click the button and submit your request form.
