Momentum makes it simple to organize your February plans, which is important as this is the shortest month of the year. Lots to do, not as many days to do it though!
In this webinar, we used real-life examples to visually map out sample February plans, to help you set up your month smoothly and easily with the app. Here are some additional highlights:
- Why is it important to confirm your projects? To ensure you're committed, and taking into account all of the projects, and limitations that may come up along the way.
- When you do quarterly planning, think about the month-sized projects you have coming up (for January, February, and March, for example, or whenever you're ready to think in quarterly terms).
- In the Monthly View you can set something as a project, or you can set it as a milestone or benchmark. Benchmarks are quantifiable, milestones are where you have to get to, in order to really get where you’re going.
- When you’re creating a project, you want to make sure it’s actionable (actions also help us see the size of a project; for example, publishing a book may be a year-sized project)
- You can work out of the Weekly Planner usually, but using the Daily Planner can help you check off those to-dos easily.
